The subscribing organisation is responsible for the users and channel partners it invites, for keeping sign-in details secure, and for removing access when someone leaves the team or a partnership ends.

Terms of Service
These terms apply to builders, developers and brokerages that subscribe to the platform, and to the users and channel partners they invite.
02Free trial
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial on the plan selected at signup. At the end of the trial you can choose a paid plan. If no plan is chosen, the account is paused and data stays available for export for 30 days.
03Plans and limits
Each plan sets the number of projects and users included. Channel partner logins on the 2 BHK and Penthouse plans do not count toward user limits. Additional users and projects are billed at the rates shown on the pricing page.
04Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in US dollars, with applicable taxes added. If payment fails, we will notify you and may pause the account after a reasonable grace period.
05Your data
You own the buyer, inventory, booking and payment data you bring into the platform. You are responsible for having the right to collect and use buyer information and for honouring buyer consent and opt-out requests.
06Project information
Unit details, prices, offers, approvals and payment plans shown to buyers or partners are entered and approved by you. We do not verify project approvals, pricing or availability, and we are not a party to any sale between you and a buyer.
07Demand letters and reminders
Demand letters and payment reminders are generated from the payment plans and construction stage updates you enter. You are responsible for checking amounts, dates and terms before they are sent.
08Buyer Intent AI
Scores and suggested next steps are provided to help your team prioritise follow-up. They are not guarantees of purchase and should not be the only basis for any decision about a buyer.
09Broker commissions
Commission rules, lead validity windows and duplicate-lead outcomes are configured by you. The platform records registrations and calculations; any dispute or payment of commission remains between you and the channel partner.
10Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to send messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you, to upload data you have no right to use, to attempt to access other customers' accounts, or to disrupt the service.
11Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and will give notice of planned maintenance where possible. Features may be improved or changed over time; we will give reasonable notice before removing a feature that is part of your plan.
12Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms after notice, or immediately where needed to protect other customers.
13Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost sales, lost profits or indirect losses.
